9. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders shall be shipped within India only. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: Within 7 business days
• Other Locations: Within 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to Courier delays, Natural disasters, Public holidays, Government restrictions, or Force majeure events. The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

11. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, Cancellation requests shall not be accepted, and Shipping charges, if applicable, shall not be refundable. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order for operational, legal, or security reasons.

12. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns shall be accepted only under the following circumstances: Damaged product received, Wrong product delivered, Missing product, or Manufacturing defect. Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers may be required to provide an Order number, Photographs, or Unboxing video (if requested). Returns shall not be accepted for Opened products, Used products, Tampered products, or Products damaged by customer misuse. Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

By registering on the Website or placing an order, you consent to receive Transactional messages, Order updates, Promotional emails, SMS communications, and WhatsApp communications.
