Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders placed through the Swasthveda website (https://swasthveda.com), owned and operated by Rootpure Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through:

Customers are advised to contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if they wish to cancel it.

3. ORDERS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION

Once an order has been:

  • Packed for dispatch,
  • Handed over to the courier partner, or
  • Marked as dispatched,

the order shall no longer be eligible for cancellation. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible return or replacement requests after delivery.

4. CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION

A cancellation request shall be considered successful only after confirmation from Swasthveda. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. If the order has already been processed or dispatched before the cancellation request is received, the cancellation request may be declined.

5. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • The full order value paid by the customer shall be refunded.
  • Refunds shall be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

No cancellation charges shall be applied for eligible cancellations.

6. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 7 Working Days. The actual credit of funds may depend on:

  • Banks
  • Credit card issuers
  • Payment gateways
  • Financial institutions

Rootpure Wellness Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

7. COMPANY’S RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS

Rootpure Wellness Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product Unavailability: Out-of-stock products, Inventory discrepancies
  • Pricing Errors: Incorrect pricing displayed on the Website, Technical pricing issues
  • Payment Issues: Failed payment verification, Suspected fraudulent transactions, Unauthorized payment activity
  • Customer Information Issues: Incomplete shipping address, Incorrect contact details, Verification failure
  • Regulatory or Legal Requirements: Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to legal or regulatory restrictions

In such cases, customers shall be notified and eligible payments shall be refunded.

8. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ORDERS

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where it reasonably believes that:

  • Fraudulent activity is involved.
  • Multiple fake accounts are being used.
  • Abuse of promotional offers has occurred.
  • Suspicious purchasing behavior is detected.

The Company may also restrict future purchases from such customers.

9. MODIFICATION OF ORDERS

Once an order has been successfully placed, modifications to Products ordered, Product quantities, Shipping address, or Customer details may not always be possible. Customers should immediately contact customer support if corrections are required. The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist before dispatch but cannot guarantee modifications.

10. NON-DELIVERY DUE TO CUSTOMER ACTION

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address provided by the customer, customer unavailable during delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect contact information, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Deduct applicable shipping and handling costs
  • Decline refund requests where applicable

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rootpure Wellness Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for Indirect losses, Consequential damages, Loss of business, Loss of profits, or Delays caused by third parties arising from order cancellation or inability to fulfil an order. The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the cancelled order.

13. GOVERNING LAW & 14. JURISDICTION

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this Cancellation Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
